Mrs Lee came and stole my housekeys yesterday - and the bike to take it to get fixed.
1) the bike has now got a new light [they replaced it for me!] which is removable easily, so i carry it around with me. it's now kept in the basement at school during the day and I've wrapped the bike lock tying the wheel to the frame so it can't move >> so if it vanishes, i know no kid has carried it off - that's one helluva heavy bike and these kids - ...well. elementary yo. 2) I got home and what greeted me? a desk, a chair, a washing machine,a brand new gas two ring stove, and a fridge that could house half of china. I am not. kidding you. It. is. HUGE. So I ran right back out the door and bought milk, vita500 and some pohica [sp?] pocari** sweat! I kid you not. That is the name of the drink. Weird XD It's nice though! Chan Yeon introduced me to it when we met 10 days ago. My keys have been stolen today for more furniture to arrive O.o; and for them to connect the gas and shit up. I also went out with the Lee family last night and got fed Korean food. Smoked mackerel, kimchi stew, and a few other sundries that were :9. John Lee said he'd spoken to my director about my "housing" a few days ago - with result of my HUUUUUGE ass email to him that I'm sure you all remember XD... and voila. Result! Celine brought in a homecooked korean pizza thingy today. I can't remember the name of it but yum. Very unhealthy, naturally. But who the hell cares? I'mma burn it off when I cycle home tonight XD BRING ON LUNCH. The class I taught at 7:50am was the bomb. It was fantastic. They laaaapped it up. And I gave out my first test ;) I've marked it, and they're all so on top of stuff it's great. So as of right this second - everything is good with the world. Of course, I have to teach ten classes in a 5 hour period in 3 hours' time... so things will go swiftly down hill then ;) but nevermind. Can't have it all :) |
