Remember when I was so happy that Mrs Lee et al brought me that new shiny cooker? Well today I actually went to use it...

No gas. No connection, and no way of connecting it XD; so I'm still cookerless other than what I myself have bought. Which means, in essence, that the family have expected me to survive without any form of cooking or heating equipment since I got here - which will be a full month this coming Friday.

Also: my alien card was ready last Tuesday. Has she picked it up yet? No. She says she will do it this Tuesday.

There is a meeting between her and John on Monday at 8pm. I don't know if I'm invited or not >> I'm sure John would want me to be there, but I only 'found out' by accident..... I'll email John.
